How YOU can continue to be "Loyal Forever"

To provide tax deductible continuing education scholarships for deserving Austin High School students, one must be motivated, inspired and have reason to do so. Happily, many ways exist to help you remain Loyal Forever by utilizing assorted giving opportunities that benefit the AHSCEF scholarship fund. At the same time you can have fun at a reunion, or solemnly memorialize the memory of a classmate, teacher, administrator, or anyone else you associate with your AHS experiences.

Here are few creative giving ideas to encourage your loyal support:

Donate residual proceeds of your reunions the AHSCEF. Your Class will be credited with the contribution in the friendly competition listed on the Classy Contributions page (link to top of Classy Contribution Page).

Make a regular or continuing annual contribution to the Foundation. Remember a single $1,000 donation earns you the right to name that individual scholarship in honor of someone special.

When available, utilize your employer’s corporate contribution matching fund benefits program to enlarge your personal contributions to the AHSCEF scholarships.

During annual holidays, you might want to put AHSCEF on your gift list for a regular contribution. Scholarships are awarded annually, so the annual gifts are especially welcomed.

Get motivated and stage a specific Foundation fund raiser with your classmates to raise funds for the AHSCEF to enable your class to move up on the Classy Contributors web page. The largest class contributors will have a photo of three representatives of their class posted on this website.

Should a classmate, teacher, administrator or someone you believe deserves to be honored currently, or memorialized posthumously for their AHS contributions, presence or achievements, do so with a AHSCEF contribution.

Many classes stay in touch on a regular basis through websites and newsletters, so consider a regular form request on behalf of the AHSCEF efforts to fund scholarships. These donations can be mailed directly to AHSCEF, or collected and contributed at a monthly board meeting in a combined amount.

If you have enjoyed a prosperous year and desire, or need to make a tax deductible donation, the AHSCEF is an IRS approved 501(c) (3) Educational Foundation eager to have your support. All donated funds go to support scholarships since the Foundation has no paid employees.

The AHSCEF has earned the trust of a number of anonymous donors by protecting their identities when they request it, but the amount is still credited to that person’s designated High School Class year for the Classy Contributions competition.
